Give your child a wonderful birthday gift by scheduling an art birthday party at Sparkling Art Piano. We love to make the parties very special and memorable with your children’s favorites. Let us help you organize a perfect party for your creative child.
We can arrange surprise birthday parties, too!
Pick from the following art media to use at your child’s birthday party:
- Step-by-step painting instruction
- Step-by-step drawing instruction
- Mixed media (such as collage, assemblage or small sculptures)
- Paper mache
- Jewelry making (beading)
Once you have picked your preferred media, we are happy to develop a special theme that will appeal to your child’s interests. Specials themes can include, but are not limited to:
- Animals
- Outer space
- Dinosaurs
- Movies
- Cars and trucks
- Sports
Your child cannot pick any subject?
No worries! We will create an art project according to your child’s favorite color or things to do.
Sparkling Art Piano will provide:
- Lead teacher and assistants
- All art supplies
- A private room Decorated with a Happy Birthday Banner, Birthday Kids’ names, Balloons and more.
- Music either our choice or the kids favorite music.
- Goodie Bags – Art Materials, Balloons, Kids Favorites, $15 gift certificate for any program at Sparkling Art Piano.
The customers are responsible to provide cake, food, drink, plates, napkins, utensils, candles, lighter, and any theme party decorations.
We will serve all the food, drink and cake if provided.
Price and Policies
$35 per child (minimum 8 children)
$33 per child if the birthday child is currently enrolled in any program at Sparkling Art Piano (minimum 8 children)
Please schedule your party at least two weeks in advance and pay $100 (credit cards only) a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your time.
Your deposit will be deducted from your party package at time of checkout.
Confirming the number of guests will be due 8 days before the party.
Parties are limited to 22 children.
Birthday parties run for 2 hours, and are scheduled on Saturdays at 3:00pm or Sundays between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Additional time can be scheduled. Within the 15 minutes the party ends the guests must leave the studio or the party will be charged for extra time at $50 / 30 minutes.
Cancelation Policy
You can cancel your party up to eight (8) days before your party date. However your deposit is fortified. We will be happy to reschedule your party. If you like to cancel or reschedule your party after the eight (8) day policy you will be charged for the full amount.
